HOW TO ORDER

Since our clients are located all over the world, we have chosen to run our business entirely web-based without a physical shop. We do regularly attend Military Fairs in Sweden and Denmark. Check our info about events on our social media platforms.

Place an order using our contact form on the website, e-mail or contact Us directly on Facebook Messenger.

PAYMENT

The articles in the webpage are property of Northstar Militaria or sales agreements in cooperation with Northstar Militaria, until the customer has paid it in full.

Northstar Militaria is pleased to offer layaway services on expensive items (over 5000 SEK). Down payment is non-refundable and become the property of Northstar Militaria. Our layaway program offers the opportunity for clients to make payments on eligible items over an agreed upon period of time. Minimum deposit of 30%, of the total price of your order including all shipping charges, is due when the merchandise is put on layaway. If not otherwise agreed, the total price of your order must be paid within 3 months from the date of original purchase.

Your contract will be automatically cancelled and ordered merchandise will be returned to stock with the previously submitted funds retained by Northstar Militaria if You have not completed payments in full by the 3-month deadline, or agreed installment period.

All items are sold on a first come first served basis, payment to be sent on confirmation of order as agreed with suitable payment method.

We accept direct bank transfer IBAN/Bic, PayPal (+5%), and cash payment at Military Fairs. Please refer to our reply message before making any payments. Contact us for more information. We do not accept any other payment methods. The buyer will be refunded 100% of the purchase price minus shipping, handling, and any transactional fees.

Any item that has been ordered and paid for may be cancelled and a full refund made, prior to the item being notified as despatched, otherwise items may be returned as stated above.

RETURN

All items are sold as genuine and original unless stated otherwise. Any item subsequently proven fake, renamed or not entitled to bars supplied with the medal, may be returned and payment will be refunded or credited within 14 days of receipt.

You have full exchange, return right (right of withdrawal) in 14 days after You received the goods if you are not satisfied with your item . Note, the 14 days starts automatically from the “parcel released” by the delivery tracking.

If returning goods from outside of the European Community always ask for posting instructions before sending. Any damage or tampering with the returning item will void all guarantees. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the item back to Northstar Militaria.

Northstar Militaria may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

SHIPPING

Insured Postage will be charged on all orders. Every effort will be made to despatch your order promptly, we will send the customer the tracking number of the parcel as soon as it is shipped. If asked for, we will make a photo of the parcel and send per email before shipping.

We are located in Sweden and we use the PostNord as our premier carriers.

The website for tracking info is www.posten.se. Of course if any of our customers prefers other carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL etc, it can be easily arranged, but it will naturally be more expensive than the services provided by PostNord.

COPYRIGHT & TERMS

Our website operates under standard international copyright law, any use of our images by other parties without our prior written permission is an infringement of our copyright and will result in legal action. This includes use of our images for hard copy publication or any use on the World Wide Web.

Swords, daggers, pointed or stabbing weapons will only be delivered/sold to persons aged over 18 years.

All offers and descriptions are to our bounden duty and knowledge, based on the many years of experience of our staff.

Note that items (Uniforms) may not be returned if they do not fit! Items are being sold as collectibles and are not meant to be worn! Sizes that may be given are the ones that are marked in the items themselves. They are only given as a reference and may not be correct.

BUYING ITEMS

The item must be 100% original and authentic produced in the period, please do not waste ours or Your time.

We purchase the items for resale, so the offered price will be a wholesale price.

We need to see any item before we pay for it. For large collections, we are naturally interested in travel to see the items.
